Shipping & Returns

For Australian orders please allow between 3-5 working days for orders to be dispatched, as we are a small operation.

All items are sent on a tacked and signed for service via Australia Post.

If an order is returned to us as ‘return to sender/undelivered’ the postage cost to reship will be the customers responsibility.

International deliveries take approximately up to 10-14 working days however we cannot guarantee delivery dates for overseas orders as they are subject to customs clearance in the destination country.

Please bear in mind it is your responsibility to pay any taxes or customs charges that may be incurred once the items arrive in your country.

We will not be liable for any delay in the delivery of your order whatsoever including but not limited to force majeure events. These are circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Our Ceremonial Cacao is completely organic and unprocessed. Cacao in this pure state contains a natural white marbling which is by no means an indication of poor quality and no grounds for a refund. 

If you are however concerned about the quality of your Cacao, please get in touch immediately and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
